NOW® GTF Chromium is a biologically active form of chelated Chromium known as Chromium Chelavite®.* This form of Chromium is also known as "Glucose Tolerance Factor" (GTF) because it is most similar to the form that was originally isolated from a food source.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Vegetarian Coating.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.
